  • All prices are displayed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be completed at checkout before order confirmation.
  • We accept online payment methods including credit/debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, and digital wallets through Razorpay.
  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order.

4. Orders & Availability

  • Order confirmation is subject to stock availability.
  • Handmade items may need production time; dispatch timelines will be mentioned in product details.
  • We may refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, repeated returns, or incorrect information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary based on courier partners and location.
  • Average delivery time: 5–7 business days within India.
  • Delays caused by logistics, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchange

  • Due to the nature of handcrafted products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in case of damaged or wrong product delivered.
  • Damage claims must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

7. Product Specifications

  • Handmade products may have minor variations in color, texture, polish or size—this is not considered a defect.
  • Materials such as resin, metal alloys, beads, thread, and wood may show natural characteristics.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website including name, logo, products, photographs, and descriptions belong to Trinklit by Shredivaman.
  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy

  • We value your privacy. Personal information collected during purchasing or browsing is used only for order processing and delivery.
