Return & Refund Policy

At Trinklit by Shredivaman, we create handcrafted and delicate products with care. Due to the nature of handmade items, we do not offer returns, replacements or exchanges except in cases where:
- Wrong product received
- Product received damaged
Eligibility for Return/Refund
To be eligible:
- You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- You must provide a complete unboxing video from start to end (mandatory).
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Refund Process
- Once claim is verified, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be made to the original mode of payment.
- No refund for cancellations due to customer change of mind.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized / Personalized / Sale items
- Slight variations in colours, textures or craft (handmade uniqueness)
